Thinking about the peri-menopause, 2 of the main symptoms affecting my clients are low or erratic mood and energy.   Not much fun really.

Food can’t ‘cure’ this, but I do believe there is a way of helping through when, how and what we eat.  This is by balancing our blood sugar levels.  (actually this is something for all of us, whether midlife or not!)
