I have receipes for everyone, from vegan to carnivore.  We all eat differently, and there is no one perfect recipe or way to eat.  What unites all my recipes is the emphasis on real, quality, fresh food.  

I also like to experiment a little, to use unexpected ingredients sometimes.  It is good to open our minds to the idea that traditional isn’t always best, and to explore new ways of cooking, or use different foods.  I find it exciting and rewarding.

I try to offer versatility in my recipes – so you can swap ingredients in and out as needed to suit your taste.  If you can’t find what you are looking for please ask me.
