Breakfast is hugely important to me, it really is my most important meal of the day, it never ceases to amaze me that a filling nutritious breakfast can bring benefits all day long.  That doesn’t mean it needs to be time consuming, but it does require a little bit of planning & prep. 

Many of my breakfasts are savoury, I treat it like any other meal of the day.  I realise this isn’t for everyone though so I have included a couple of sweeter ones here.
