I have a sweet tooth. That used to mean I ate a lot of sugar, I don’t anymore, I know now that sweet foods can be healthy. My clients who want help with sugar cravings hear about my sugar ‘substitutes’. We can still enjoy cakes and treats in moderation without the guilt and unhealthiness of it all. Food is meant to be enjoyed.
